How will I benefit from the new TKE brand and company structure?
The new TKE brand and organization will strengthen relationships with our customer partners because we can now fully focus on our business and the industry we are active in. At the same time, it will empower us to offer you a growing set of service and product options that have been closely tailored to the needs of your business. And, in all this we bring the engineering expertise with us that has been built in more than 40 years.
Will my contracts with thyssenkrupp Elevator, incl. warranties, service agreements etc., remain in effect?
Yes. All agreements we have with you, incl. warranties and service contracts, will remain in effect and unchanged. Our company has only changed its name which has no impact on the business relationship between you and TK Elevator.
Will service quality and other policies change?
Our service level agreements and other related policies will stay the same. We will also continue to provide the highest levels of security and product quality standards you expect across all product service areas.
Will you change products and spare parts in order to reflect the new brand?
No. Any products that are currently in use with the thyssenkrupp Elevator brand will not be changed. For new orders, we will deliver newly branded products and spare parts in phases. This has no impact on prices or warranties. Our products will be the same and will continue to be produced at the same sites as before according to the same quality standards.
Will the cost estimate you recently issued still be honored?
Yes. All cost estimates will remain in effect, including all agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Will there be any staff changes that might affect me?
The same sales and technical support team will remain in place.

Where will the new company be headquartered?
The Group’s Corporate Center TK Elevator GmbH will be headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany in an office space near the city’s international airport.
Why have you changed the thyssenkrupp brand?
The change is related to the fact that our shareholding structure has changed and we are now a stand-alone company. thyssenkrupp AG only keeps a minority stake in our company. The new brand reflects our goal to be the people-centric service brand leading the elevator industry. Changing our global brand allows us to further strengthen our position as an independent, global leader. It also allows us to communicate our unique strengths to our employees and customers in the global marketplace.

The TKE wordmark is bold, clear and dynamic. Inspired by the movement of people and wayfinding our logotype brings to live our optimistic and forward-looking mindset.
Why are the brand and company names different?
The name change is the result of a change in ownership structure. Our TK Elevator group no longer belongs to thyssenkrupp AG. As a stand-alone company – and one of our industry’s leaders – we have even greater strengths, agility, and freedom as we pioneer the next generation of mobility solutions.
