Report for German Supply Chain due Diligence Act
In 2024, TK Elevator Group has submitted its first report to comply with the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence act. Questions and structure of the report are pre-defined by the German authorities (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle, BAFA). The report details our efforts in governance, risk management and preventive measures, violations and remedial measures, complaints procedure and control mechanism. As required by law, this document is available in German.
