We are happy to provide images in our media library free of charge for daily press coverage (including weekly to monthly magazines). As a condition, you must refer to us as the source (© TK Elevator) near the image material used. If a different copyright holder is indicated, this must be named. You are only authorized to edit images insofar as this is technically required for the specific publication (for example, black and white instead of color for a non-color daily newspaper) and/or insofar as you only change the size proportionally without using only an extract of the image, stretching, compressing or otherwise altering or deforming it. Any other processing and use is only permitted with prior written consent (e-mail to: press@tkelevator.com). We request that you provide us with a free sample copy promptly after the respective publication of print media, and in the case of films with a digital version in a common format on a common data carrier.
