TK Elevator acquires Regional Elevator, one of the largest independent elevator companies in Ottawa-Gatineau, Canada

  • More than 50 employees from Regional Elevator join TK Elevator Canada on Dec. 1, 2023.

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Dec. 1, 2023) – TK Elevator has acquired Regional Elevator, a leading provider of elevator service, modernization and new construction in the Ottawa-Gatineau area.

“Regional Elevator has been an important elevator service provider in the Ottawa-Gatineau area for over 20 years, and we are excited to welcome their elevator experts to the North American TK Elevator team.” says Jeremy Rainwater, CEO of TK Elevator Americas. “This acquisition allows us to continue providing the highest quality of support and mobility solutions in Ottawa, while expanding our ability to meet the demands of customers in this growing market.”

TK Elevator has had a strong presence in Ottawa for decades. In partnership with local government, developers and property managers, the company has been key to keeping the city safely on the move.

Among the more than 50 employees joining TK Elevator Canada is founder Rob Cane, who established Regional Elevator in 2000, and is a trusted leader within the elevator community.
