Elevator Maintenance

We will regularly inspect and perform equipment testing and troubleshooting for your elevators. Through our examination, we will adjust and, if conditions warrant, repair or replace your elevators components. Expert technicians will ensure that your elevator has increased uptime. Elevator maintenance also includes:

Inspection

  • Control and landing positioning systems
  • Signal fixtures
  • Machines, drives, motors, governors, sheaves and ropes
  • Power units, pumps, valves and jacks
  • Car and hoistway door operating devices and protection equipment
  • Car frames and platforms, loadweighers and counterweights

Maintenance

Escalator Maintenance

We know it’s critical that your equipment is serviced frequently. Our thorough maintenance, lubrication and adjustment will evaluate your escalator and guarantee it is working optimally. Our technicians will see that your escalator is completely up to your local code guidelines. Escalator maintenance includes:

  • Controller parts
  • Electrical switches
  • Wiring
  • Bearings
  • Governors and brakes
  • Step and chain wheels
  • Chains and sprockets

Maintenance

  • Lubricate equipment for smoother, more efficient performance
  • Adjust escalator parts and components to maximize performance and improve safety
  • Clean internal truss structures as required
  • Maintain all accessory equipment except when otherwise specified

Scheduled Maintenance Process

Regularly scheduled maintenance will be performed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m). We make minor adjustments or respond to emergencies during these hours (called callbacks) during these hours at no extra charge. Calls outside of our normal business hours and any overtime work or testing that you request will be billed to you.
