TK Elevator
United States
A dedicated service technician you know and trust, backed by a global support network.
The International Technical Services (ITS) network is a resource center that provides expertise, troubleshooting, spare parts and training to all our technicians, for every elevator, from every manufacturer
TK Elevator was the first elevator company to establish a global team of experts to support technicians in the field. Over the past 20 years, our engineers have expanded and perfected this support model. Numerous ITS engineers, support staff and technicians have been in this industry for their entire careers, giving them the knowledge that comes from decades of experience.
Longer tenures and more experience means your technician can make repairs quickly, minimizing the downtime of your equipment.
Our ITS engineers represent a specialized group of technicians trained to support field technicians in repairing and proactively maintaining every model of elevator, escalator, and moving walk regardless of the manufacturer. These technicians undergo regular continuous education and training to ensure that not only the ITS knowledge base is up to date, but also ensure field technicians are up to date on the latest techniques to keep our customers and their passengers safe.
We know how important it is for you to keep your tenants moving safely and quickly. Our local branches maintain stock of many, however, they are not always able to keep stock of all elevator or escalator parts. ITS supports local branches by maintaining an even larger selection of spare parts from all major elevator manufacturers, ready for rapid shipment anywhere in the world. In the rare event that we don’t have a part, we’ll work quickly to procure and ship it. We ensure your technician will have what they need to get you back up and running in no time.
Diagnostic tools developed by ITS enable our technicians to resolve technical issues swiftly. Thanks to state-of-the-art software developed in-house, our technicians can easily interface with other manufacturers’ control systems.
