Our Code of Conduct, our Compliance Management System, and a whistleblowing hotline, supported by various internal policies, provide the framework for ensuring the highest standards in business ethics.

Business Ethics

Our values and principles form the foundation for how we do business as well as for how we interact with each other and the people we do business with. Our TK Elevator Code of Conduct defines clear standards for how we behave as individual employees and as a company. All our employees are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct and regularly receive trainings to learn about it.

Compliance

Compliance – a key aspect of risk management – is an integral part of our operations. Our state-of-the-art Compliance Management System is focused on the key areas of antitrust law, corruption prevention, anti-money laundering, foreign trade control, and data protection.   • Our Compliance Management System is interlinked with TK Elevator’s risk management system and the Internal Control System (ICS).
  • We ensure that compliance is an integral part of every relevant business process.

Sustainability topics are governed by TK Elevator’s senior leadership team.
