Along with sending diagnostics to technicians and providing insights that allow for predictive maintenance, MAX also uses AI (Artificial intelligence) to compare your elevator system’s data to the data taken from more than 166,000 other MAX-connected elevators globally. MAX then analyzes the data for patterns and can predict the elevator’s remaining lifetime.
