Entrance Module

The entrance of an elevator, also referred to as the gate, is what opens and closes the elevator doors. This is used for letting passenger into or out of the cab, and it can also be used for loading and unloading larger materials in freight applications. The doors will open in the frame in preparation for the passenger or materials to be let on and close automatically afterwards.

Entrances of an elevator can include:

Elevator entrances can also be designed to match a building’s aesthetic.
